Hello, EMGS Officer
My name: Wu Yuchen and Passport Number: EL0143819. My visa renewal has been stuck at 90% since Jul. 12 and now it is over 4 months.
I’m now having severe syndrome of insomnia and I have to go back to my home country to see the doctor and get the treatment (it needs the accompany because the medicine is having great side affect). I have to be awake for 24-40 hours to be able to get a normal sleep everyday.
I’ve asked my institution, no progress. I’ve called several times to Selangor Immigration Office, no answer and I asked you the EMGS for help and you’ve said I should contact the Selangor’s or my institution.
I beg you guys with my biggest wish to just give me a sticker and I can get my sickness done and have a normal life.

  What did your institute say ? I’ve given out my passport it’s been more than 7 weeks and I need it too

  Hi Wu Yuchen,
  Kindly be informed that we have no track of your passport as your endorsement will be done directly at State Immigration which means your passport was not submitted to EMGS. You are advised to liaise with the institute for further clarification on your passport.
