Dear emgs officer，greetings. My name is FENG YIXUAN UM international student passport number:EK6582943, currently l am confronted with a dilemma regarding my student visa status, the reason is that l need to go back to China for personalized medical treatment with my progressive lung disease which is pretty serious. (Meanwhile the previous visa will be invaild soon at 18/11/2024 and my flight is scheduled on 22/11/2024)But my application status is still pending withimmigration department at 80%, l’m begging for you to coordinate with visa unit to expedite the process, l don’t want my pneumonia to exacerbate as l might have miss the optimal treatment opportunity . PLS help me ASAP for my time is invaluable 🥹， your timely reply are highly appreciated.

  Hi Yixuan Feng,
  
  Kindly be informed that your passport is pending at the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The process approximately will take 14 working days from the day we received the passport. With regards to any urgency, kindly be advised to liaise with the institution to provide us with the following documents:
  
  i) A copy of the cover letter to expedite the process
  ii) The supporting documents pertaining to the urgency
  iii) A valid copy of the flight ticket
  
  However, the student pass approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
