Dear emgs officer，greetings. My name is FENG YIXUAN UM international student passport number:EK6582943, currently l am confronted with a dilemma regarding my student visa status, the reason is that l need to go back to China for personalized medical treatment with my progressive lung disease which is pretty serious. (Meanwhile the previous visa will be invaild soon at 18/11/2024 and my flight is scheduled on 22/11/2024)But my application status （80%）is still pending with immigration department , l’m begging for you to coordinate with visa unit to expedite the process, l don’t want my pneumonia to exacerbate as l might have miss the optimal treatment opportunity . PLS help me ASAP for my time is invaluable 🥹， your timely reply are highly appreciated.

  Hi Feng Xiyuan,
  As checked, your passport was submitted to Immigration on 11 November 2024 for sticker endorsement. This process takes approximately 14 working days from the passport submission date which is from 4 November 2024, however, the approval is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection. You may drop us an email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my for further checking on your passport.
