I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I recently paid the EMGS processing fee for my application, but unfortunately, it was rejected without any explanation. I’m really confused about the situation and was hoping you could clarify the reason for the rejection.

Given that the process didn’t move forward, I’d also like to ask if there’s any chance I could receive a refund for the processing fee. I understand that these fees are typically non-refundable, but I wanted to check if my case could be reviewed under these circumstances.
