I need help understanding what to do! First can I travel to Malaysia without reaching 100% supposing that the institute will send the rest of the documents required when I arrive to cir office in Malaysia? Second, my evisa application is requesting to upload additional documents (Upload sponsorship letter, bank statement, air ticket, accommodation letter, a certify college cert., residence permit to stay in ZAF.), i have all of them except for accommodation letter and air ticket! So what i should do?

  You may enter Malaysia when your eVAL is approved by Immigration. As such, kindly liaise with the eVISA department related to the eVISA application as we do not process eVISAs.
