Hi,
I’ve received my eVAL for the doctoral program at the Monash University Malaysia. However, on all my documents and even the EMGS app and SEV application, my full name is written as ‘Imtiaz Muhammad Tayyab’, instead of ‘Muhammad Tayyab Imtiaz’, i.e. my last name on start. Is this the case with all Malaysian visa application and should I proceed to SEV with this. Thanks.

  Hi Tayyab Imtiaz,
  
  Kindly be informed that in order to follow the format used by the Department of Immigration system, the naming convention on application will follow the “Surname, Given Name” format. Specifically, the naming convention will follow what is displayed on the Machine Readable Zone of the passport. As such, once eVAL has been approved by the Immigration, you may proceed to obtain the SEV.
