Greetings. My name is Zhang Yilan, an international student, and my passport number is EK7318099.

I am currently facing an urgent issue with my student visa renewal, which has been stuck at 80% completion for over three weeks. The reason for my urgency is that I am experiencing severe inflammation in my wisdom tooth, requiring immediate medical attention that I can only receive back home in China. I have already scheduled an appointment with my dentist for the evening of November 8th and have booked a flight to return on the same day, November 8th.

Without my passport and a completed visa renewal, I will not be able to travel as planned, causing me significant distress due to my medical condition. I kindly request that you coordinate with the visa unit to expedite my application process to avoid further complications with my health.

  Kindly be informed that the Immigration are in the midst of processing your student visa. We kindly seek your patience in allowing the Immigration Department some time to process your application. With regard to any urgency, kindly be advised to liaise with the institution to provide us with the documents such as a cover letter from the institution to expedite the process, the supporting documents pertaining to the urgency and a valid copy of the flight ticket. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
