Hi EMGS Team,

I hope you’re doing well. My institution has submitted the additional documents you requested, so I’d appreciate any updates you might have on the status. I need to register for my classes in October, and with the semester starting in November, I’m a bit concerned since my application is still at 15%.

Thank you for your help. My passport number is C8306694.

  Hi Laura Azzahra,
  
  Kindly be informed that we are in the midst of processing your application. Once vetting of the document has been complete, we will submit to Immigration for the eVAL process. Kindly allow us some time. The approval of eVAL is solely at the discretion of Immigration. Rest assured, any update will be notified accordingly.

    I haven’t yet. My visa process has been stuck at 15% since last week and is still pending—I’m not sure why. I’ve already emailed both my institution and EMGS, but I haven’t received a clear answer. I’m from Uni Malaya.
