  Kindly be informed that we are in the midst of processing the ikad. As such, we will notify the institution once the ikad is ready for collection. Kindly note that your insurance was under Etiqa. Kindly be informed, Etiqa are not issuing physical medical cards for policies purchased through EMGS. Students are required to download the Etiqa Plus App from Google Play or App Store.
