Dear @EMGS I urgently need to return to my country this week. But my passport as informed by emgs is still with immigration. Anything I can do to collect the passport? Should i go to immigration or is there another steps i need to take?
Currently the progress at 80% for renewal and stuck for long time

Kindly be informed that we are in the midst of processing your passport. With regard to any urgency, kindly be advised to liaise with the institution to provide us A copy of the cover letter to expedite the process, the supporting documents pertaining to the urgency and a valid copy of the flight ticket. However, the student pass approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.
