Dear EMGS Support Team,
I am reaching out to confirm that you have received my refund application, with the applicant name EJ5120139 and application number E#########. I would like to clarify a detail regarding the refund process.

The bank account information provided for the refund is not under my name but that of my spouse. I am seeking confirmation on whether this is permissible and if there are any additional requirements or documents needed to facilitate the refund process.
Should there be any further steps for me to complete, please do inform.

  Kindly be informed that your refund application is on hold pending approval by the institution. As such, kindly request the institution to approve the application and EMGS will start to process the refund. Rest assured, any update will be notified to you accordingly.

    I just wanted to check if my application has been approved by the institution. and what is the state of my refund process now?
