I submitted my passport (No. Y1145981) to the immigration department on 17th September 2024 and would like to request an update on its return. Due to personal circumstances, I am really worried and emotionally not well. I have a one-year-old child in the care of a maid, as I have no other family support, and my child is currently unwell.
I would greatly appreciate it if my passport could be processed and returned as soon as possible.

  Kindly be informed that we received your passport on 17th October 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department
