Dear Immigration Department Staff,

Greetings!

My name is Wang Haiming, a student at INTI International University. My passport number is EL9778622. I submitted my visa application through the EMGS system, and my status has been showing 100% since September 26, 2024. However, my classmates who submitted their passports at the same time have already received theirs two weeks ago, but I have yet to receive any update.

As I have an urgent matter to attend to in China at the end of this month, my passport is extremely important. I kindly request that you expedite the processing of my passport return. Should you need any further information or documentation, I am happy to provide it.

  At my institute’s visa office they said once it reaches 100% it means passport is ready for collection. No needto wait for email. unless your institute has different arrangement.

  Your student pass endorsement will be done directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to us. Kindly liaise with your institute for further details on the status of your passport.
