I arrived at Kuala Lumpur airport on 19th October at 07:35 AM. No one was present at the EMGS counter. I called on the number written at the desk. EMGS representative said he has left airport so I should directly go to immigration counter.
Now when I enter details of my arrival in the app (pre arrival formalities), it doesn’t accept details of flight in previous dates and also I didnt scan the QR code at airport on arrival. what should I do now?

  Kindly sent a mail to emgs help(they will response you as soon as possible) otherwise if you are in kualampur then visit them in person

  In this emgs connect application – Go to Profile(below downside there is option than go to -Contact- firstly (call them in contact number than they will guide you) in shaa Allah
