Dear EMGS Support Team,
I am Han Yuning with Passport Number EJ5120139 and Application Number E#########. I have previously received an offer from UKM and was in the process of obtaining a visa, which is currently at 80% completion. However, I have recently received an offer from INCEIF and have decided to accept it.
I would like to inquire about the procedure to cancel my current visa application and if I need to reapply for a new visa through EMGS for my studies at INCEIF. Could you please provide me with a concise outline of the steps I need to take?
Additionally, I would appreciate information on the refund process for the application fees and insurance premiums I have already paid. What are the conditions and procedures for obtaining a refund, and how can I initiate this process?

  Hi Han Yuning,
  Since Immigration approved your VAL on 21 August 2024, the institution must apply for VAL cancellation in the system. As checked, we received the VAL cancellation application from the institute on 14 October 2024. Therefore, kindly allow us time to process the cancellation. Any updates will be notified accordingly.
