  Hi Lu Zhimin,
  As checked, your passport was submitted to Immigration on 11 October 2024 for sticker endorsement. This process takes approximately 14 working days from the passport submission date which is from 7 October 2024, however, the approval is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection.
