Hi emgs @sri-thurga,
My name is Mahad Wasim, Passport number: AN6854594 and application number: #########. I have been waiting for my VAL since a very long time now, my application was submitted on 12th september and its been stuck at 32% since 25th september. My classes at UCSI have started a few weeks ago now but I am forced to take them online. I dont want to miss my midterm and practicals so kindly please help me with this matter so that I can arrive in Malaysia as soon as possible.
I would be extremely grateful for any help.

Same with me , which country are you from and school you apply ?
It’s doesn’t take long to move from 32 to 35%, mine took 2 days to move from 32% to 35%. Try to email EMGS about your issue or contact your University. Thanks

Your application for a Visa Approval Letter (VAL) was submitted to the Immigration Department on 8 October 2024. It will take approximately 7-10 working days to issue the approval. Any updates will be notified accordingly.
