My name is PUTRA PARASIAN SIHOMBING with Passport number: E8099918

I am writing to you because my visa progress has stuck on 80% since two weeks ago.

I would like to request for your kind assistance in expediting the process. Reason wise, I need to apply for scholarship to University of awestern Australia which needs to be submitted by 10 October 2024.

Attached is the pdf of the scholarship details for your kind consideration. I really hope you can assist me on this matter.

  Hi Putra Parasian Sihombing,
  As checked, your passport was submitted to Immigration on 18 September 2024 for sticker endorsement. This process takes approximately 14 working days from the passport submission date which is from xxx, however, the approval is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection.
