I am following up on my Visa Approval Letter, which I have not yet received, my application have been stuck on 35% since 13th September, despite the fact that the 14 working days processing time has already passed. My university has already opened, and I am concerned about the delay.

Could you please provide an update on what might be causing the hold-up and when I can expect to receive my Visa Approval Letter? This matter is urgent, as I need to finalize my travel arrangements and attend my university as soon as possible.
