Dear EMGS, my passport number is EE0287632. My EMGS has been stuck at 30% for almost two weeks and has been yellow all along. However, my institution said they submitted the relevant documents a long time ago. I request EMGS to verify my documents as soon as possible. I will be taking bridge courses in October, and if I don’t make it, it will seriously affect my enrollment. Thank you very much!
