Dear EMGS Officer:
My name is Hu Zhuoneng, my passport number is EJ6578545, and I come from mainland China. My application is now at 35%. I very much hope you can speed up the process because I will start school in October. I hope I can prepare the air tickets earlier and come here before the start of school to adapt and prepare, My life here in Malaysia. Please help speed up the process. I really hope these things can be resolved quickly. Please help me. I really hope everything goes smoothly.

  Please be informed that your documents are currently awaiting VAL approval from the immigration department. Based on our review, the documents were submitted to immigration for the VAL approval on 10th September 2024 and the application remains within the expected processing timeframe.
  
  The decision to issue the EVAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will keep you informed and notify you as soon as we receive any updates.
