Hello!
I’m a student pass holder since 2022 and the form of endorsement was a sticker and a plastic (ikad) card, but for the renewal of my 2025 student pass received a A4 sized evisa and I was advices that there will be no ikad continuing to 2025 and so on. May I know when did this change took place and what is the option I have when law enforcement agencies request some form of ic?

Please be advised that there are no changes to the ikad issuance. If there is any implementation with the ikad issuing, we will notify the institute or the student.
