I would like to inquire whether it is possible to simultaneously enroll in two different institutions if I have received offers for a Master’s program and a research-based Ph.D. program, provided that the courses do not conflict and can be arranged accordingly.

  I don’t think it’s possible. The visa you get is for one program which is clearly stated. You cannot have one visa with two programs.

  Please be that an international student is only permitted to hold one student visa at a time. After completing the Master’s program, you can apply for a PHD.
