Dear EMGS Officer

I hope this message finds you well,

I am writing to inquire you about the cancellation of my previous VAL, as I told by the institution (UKM) the cancellation is still in progress, so may I know the situation for the cancellation now?
Also I applied for new VAL in order to travel to Malaysia as soon as possible because I have to register at the end of September.

  Hi Salam A. Abdullah,
  As checked, your VAL cancellation was rejected by Immigration on 13 August 2024. Therefore, we advise you to liaise with the institute regarding the reason for rejection.
