Dear EMGS Officers, I hope this message finds you well. My name is LI YU and passport number is EF1707590. It has been 18 days since my passport in the EMGS for sticker. I have sent the documents including my working certificate and the booking flight which is due on 28 August. Can you help me check the email from UKM or documents that I presented to school so that accelerates the renewal process? Thank you very much sir or madam.

  As checked, we submitted your passport to Immigration on 7 August 2024. Kindly provide us with the email case number from the institution to assist you better.
