I hope this message finds you well. I apologize for reaching out over the weekend.

With the start of the academic term approaching, I must request your assistance in reopening my EMGS as soon as possible. The documents required for reopening the EMGS was indeed submitted to you in July, and I have repeatedly confirmed this with my institution, including viewing photographic evidence.
I sincerely hope for your help in this matter, as I have been waiting for nearly a year.

    Sorry, I dont understand the exact email case number you said. You mean the email of the documents my institution submitted?or the email of my university(ucsi University)
