I’m writing to check on the status of my EMGS application, which has been stuck at 35% since 08/08/2024. It has been over 10 working days, and I’m concerned about the delay. Could you please provide an update?

  We understand your concern. However, the application is still pending with the Immigration Department for VAL approval. We understand that the process has taken longer timeframe than usual. We will look into this matter.
