Dear EMGS
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inquire about the payment for my visa. I had initially sent a transfer for the required amount, but upon checking, I realized that I was short by 14 ringgit. Therefore, I immediately sent another transfer to cover the difference.
I wanted to confirm if there is any issue with making two separate transfers or if I was supposed to send only one remittance. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and I assure you that I have now transferred the complete amount required for my visa.
Please let me know if there are any further steps I need to take to ensure that my visa application is processed smoothly. I appreciate your assistance in this matter.

  Kindly be informed that as per checking, the finance is unable to detect the payment made for this application. As such, we require the institution to submit a valid proof of payment stated EMGS Escrow Account 1 beneficiary details, Account Holder Name, date of transaction, amount, remitter agency name(if any) and reference. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
