I just wanted to know that how much delay has been added to the student pass process. My passport (QV5154192) was submitted to EMGS on 12th July. When I arrived in Malaysia this process was taking 1 week. Student were receiving their passports in second week after submitting them. But now my passport have been there for more than 5 weeks. This all is causing very difficulty here in Malaysia as everything depends on our passports.

As much I have followed the comments here on EMGS portal, I’m expecting a template based reply with no assurance. 🙂

  Kindly be informed that your passport with student pass is ready for collection. As such, kindly refer to the institution and request them to collect your passport at EMGS.
