Dear EMGS Office I am an international student Application # E#########, and I noticed that only two payment options were available to me. I chose to make the payment through the institution, and I transferred the required amount on August 8th. However, I am facing an issue with the Malaysian bank, as my transfer has been held multiple times, and they keep requesting additional information. This process has taken more than two weeks.
Is there any way I can change the payment method and pay through an alternative option?
Hi Ghaidaa Musa, If you wish to change the payment method, the institute is required to send an email cancellation request for your application. After it is cancelled, you may submit an application with the preferred payment method. Have a good day.
