My name is Li Qi (EL3837626) and I am currently studying in City University. My passport has been submitted to EMGS for processing on July 7. I am writing urgently to ask for your help to release my passport as soon as possible. I have booked a flight back to China on August 28th, I need to get back to prepare for the wedding, this is an important moment in my life, I hope you can understand and help me get the passport as soon as possible.
