My name is Misbah Rehman. Passport number is VN9150881 .I am a Ph.D. student in the universiti putra Malaysia. After this semester, I am going to Pakistan. Is it possible for me to apply for a 2-year student visa this time because it will be very difficult for me to return here? I am self-financed here, so arranging money for living here again from there will be very difficult.
I asked same question from university they asked me they can only apply for 1 year for 2 year immigration department approval will be required.So guide me how can i get immigration approval.

  We understand your concern. However, the validity extension for student pass renewal is only for 1 year. You may liaise with the institution for clarification.
