We understand your urgency. However, the Institution may submit the supporting letter along with the request to expedite the passport process with the Immigration Department. In the event, that your Institution has submitted the request, kindly provide us the email case number in order for us to follow up with your application status.

I presented the documents that prove the urgency matter of the renewal process, but UKM officers said they will deliver it on 23 August. And they will deliver the documents to the EMGS. As such, please as soon as possible the renewal process, thank you, have a nice day!
