Hello EMGS
I am Onika barkat, Passport number-A03569002,I have submitted my visa renewal papers and student record created in 26th July it was stuck in 20 percent for pending documents my institution already submitted pending documents,in my EMGS app it still in yellow color but in EMGS website it’s green I am confused now , may I know how long it will take to 50 percent to submit my passport please let me know

  We understand your concern. However, we are in the midst of requesting that your institution submit the passport for the student pass endorsement process.
