My passport has been with immigration processing for over a month and my only holidays for the year is this month so is there really not anyway you could provide a probable date for processing of my new visa to be done, or atleast request the process to be sped up? I still have not been able to take tickets due to the uncertainty and ticket prices are extremely high when taken at short notice. I would really appreciate your help. Passport number LA28E8944

  Please be advised that your passport is pending at the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. We understand that the process has taken longer than usual. We will look into this matter. Unfortunately, we are unable to inform you when the process will be completed but we will try to return your passport to the institution as soon as possible.
