hello, my passport is E0087488, my application is currently 30% and it says pending documents from my institution. they said they are unable to proceed as i have a certificate of identity instead of a proper passport and asked for an approval letter from my embassy to prove my COI. i have attached the approval letter when i submitted my visa already so why are they still asking for it? my semester starts around mid september and i havent book my flight ticket yet as i dont know when i can leave… i need to wait until its 70%
