Hello. I recently changed my device, and when I want to login my emgs in my new device and check my international student card or insurance card, it gives a prompt saying that, you haven’t verified your iKad information, would you like to continue. After clicking “yes”, it says your student detail has been verified on another device. After I click “ok” (that’s the only option) it just goes back.
