Dear EMGS , my name is Maqingqing,My pasport number is Ej2677326, my emgs is still 90%for many days, i would like to know how many working’s day to reach 100%? my grandmother is critically ill, and I must go back to see her, and my air plane is 13rd, please help me to speed up my process, thank you very much.best regards

  Hi Maqingqing,
  As checked, your passport was submitted to Immigration on 26 July 2024 for sticker endorsement. This process takes approximately 14 working days from the passport submission date which is from 23 July 2024, however, the approval is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection.
