Dear officer, Please help to speed up immigration process, I was in the 90% process for a long long long. iI understand your work, however, ones submitted passports to immigration even later than me have taken their passports back. What happened with my student endorsement process? This totally drove me crazy ,even fall apart. check process many many times everyday.Totoally can not handle this waiting.It’s too hard to endure.(EL7981033)

  We understand your frustration. Please be informed that we are working with the Immigration Department to address the delay in issuing student passes. We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
  
  However, in the event you wish to expedite the process, the institution is required to send request to EMGS along with cover letter and supporting document in order for us to expedite the process.
  
  Kindly note the Student Pass approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia. We assure you that we will notify your institution for any update. As such, kindly liaise with the institution for further assistance.
