    Dear sir, my Emgs is 90%for so long, my airplane is 14th, August, could you help me to speed up the process, my passport number is EJ2677326

      Hi Qingqing Ma,

      Kindly be informed that your passport has been submitted to the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement on 26 July 2024. The issuance of a Student Pass will take approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the passport. Based on our records, we received your passport on the 23 July 2024. Kindly note that the Student Pass approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.

      In the event you wish to expedite the process, the institution is required to send request to EMGS along with cover letter and supporting document in order for us to expedite the process. As such, kindly liaise with the institution for further assistance.
