Dear EMGS,

I am Aziza Ali Mohammed, passport holder of Tanzania with number TDE010417.

I was told that the EMGS process would take approximately about a month to a month and a half, but it’s been stuck at 15% for the past month. It would really help if the process could be sped up.
Could you let me know how much longer I might have to wait?
