My name is Muse Ahmed Mohamed, my passport number is P01461021.
I am studying UniKL, I did my visa renewal application on May and my application is completed but still I don’t get my insurance card. I would like to ask EMGS, why my insurance card
is not ready for collection yet? Also When it will be ready for collection?

  As per checking, your Medical card has been collected by your Institution on 3rd July 2024. Kindly refer with your Institution for follow up.
