Hello EMGS officer, I am Aditya Rafi with passport number E7471498. Currently my passport is being held by Immigration regarding the issuance of a student pass, I would like to ask about this. How long does it usually take to issue a student pass?, and can I find out how far my student pass progress is now?. Because I need my passport immediately for some reason. Thankyou..

  Hi, Aditya Rafi.
  As checked, your passport was submitted to Immigration on 1 July 2024 for sticker endorsement. This process takes approximately 14 working days from the passport submission date which is from 27 June 2024, however, the approval is subject to the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify the institution once the passport is ready for collection.
