My VAL has been approved. Where should i collect the letter and Do i need to apply for a SEV? i am from Bangladesh.

  Congratulations on the approval of your application. Please be informed that the eVAL can be downloaded via the EMGS application tracker: https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/. You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
