Dear EMGS officer, my name is Zhong Yongfei and my passport number is EC0239778. My student visa has expired, and I cannot return to Malaysia to study without a student visa. I have reapplied for emgs. The school teacher let me close to 90% re-entry. I am now in the middle of the semester and I need to return to Malaysia to study. But the progress of emgs has been 0% for several days, I am very anxious, may I ask what the problem is? Can you tell me if there is any problem? I will make up the materials. Thank you so much for your help. Really appreciate.

  As per checking, your application is pending as we have not receive the proof of payment from your Institution. Kindly liaise with your Institution to submit the proof of payment in order to resume with your application.
