Hi My name is ABDAWA AHMED, my passport number is B01797881
My visa renew progress is stuck at 80%
I have urgent medical emergency situation I already booked my flight ticket on 9 July
Can you please speed up my process so I can Catch my flight I need my passport by Tuesday so I can catch my flight

  We understand your concerns. Kindly be informed, we have submitted your passport to the Immigration Department for the sticker endorsement. We kindly seek your patience in allowing them some time to issue the sticker. As such, if you would like to speed up the process, the institution may submit a cover letter, supporting document related to the emergency and valid flight ticket to EMGS. Please note that the approval is solely at their discretion.
