Hi all,

I am newly registered PhD student at UNITEN. I did submit my application. I made all payments required. My application stands at 15%.
May I know what is next?
How long time does is required to get the EVal?
When can I travel to proceed with visa issuance?

  I’m pretty sure after all payments, you need to email your institution and tell them to proceed, since you have submitted everything from your end. So not to worry, everything will go smoothly.
  
  The EVal & visa issuance, you may need to ask the EMGS officer. So will wait for EMGS officer to reply.
