Dear EMGS,
I want to apply for EVAL renewal, when I tried to apply in the EMGS system, it shows the error that still shows that an application with the same travel documents was submitted, so can’t apply.
My application ID is: E#########, I’ve contacted the person in charge in my institution and he informed me that the application with same ID has been cancelled, I’ve checked my applications history on the EMGS, the status of the application with same ID is still “Pending”, can you help me to fasten the cancellation process.
