Dear EMGS officer, my name is Zhong Yongfei and my passport number is ########. My emgs have been at 90% since February 20, 2024, almost 5 months now. The school told me my emgs needed to be restarted and run again. But I have to leave Malaysia to provide an exit stamp to emgs before I can restart emgs. I left Malaysia yesterday and send exit stamp to city University.today my school teacher told me she already send my exit stamp to emgs. But now my emgs hasn’t restarted yet. Could you help me start emgs as soon as possible? I need to return to Malaysia for study as soon as possible. I am very anxious.I hope you can help me, thank you very much! Your help is greatly appreciated!
