I have sent emails and no reply! My application still stays in the immigration department! What’s wrong! Why no response? What are you doing?

    Hello Yinning, I’m in the same boat as you. It’s in immigration since 24 June and my classes start 1 July.

  We understand your concern. However, kindly note that the application was submitted to Immigration on 24 June 2024 and they will take approximately 7-10 working days. We kindly seek your patience on this. Rest assured, we will notify you once the VAL is approved by immigration.
